I was contracted to Jaeger to work on a redesign of their Product Detail Page and Checkout. The goal of the new design was to reduce the complexity and number of steps required to complete the checkout process, as well adding a number of new features such as nominated day/time delivery and creating a more slick, contemporary look and feel overall.
Working with their lead designer, we reduced the number if steps in the checkout process from seven down to three while giving the customer more choice and flexibility in terms of delivery and payment. Working with external overseas developers also required us to have a high level of attention to detail and accurate documentation to ensure all aspects of the design were delivered as specified for all four responsive breakpoints on the final live site.
