During my time at New Look I was one of two product designers working on a redesign of the My Account site area. I made several UI/UX improvements to the existing design including: removing pop-ups and increasing the size of radio buttons for improved usability on mobile, adding icons to key links and improving success and error messaging throughout the Account area.
As part of a separate project, I was also the sole product designer responsible for the redesign of the size guide across all product categories. This involved working closely with the buying teams to identify key sizing information for customers and present it in an easily-digestible format. Two major improvements that I made were removing horizontal scrolling on to mobile, and only showing customers the sizing information that is relevant to the product category they are looking at on individual product detail pages.
